Accutac SR5 bipod with Quick release picatinny mount. Cant adjustment with the lever to tighten. Shortest length is 8.25’ extending to 11.25’

Not actually used much but it has accompanied me to the range for the last couple years and has been in the bag because I am an idiot and thought I might need it. It has picked up scratches as you can see in the photos.

Accuracy International Chassis system Stock for sale. I bought it from a mate (I have to say that as he uses this forum 😁). And he got it new a couple of years ago. Fits REM 700 Short action, good condition, neither of us have used it that much. It has the thumb screws for the cheek riser adjustment and Height adjustable butt pad aswell. NO MAGAZINE because I am in Northern Ireland I cannot ship this with a magazine (that’s why it is going cheap)

No original packaging so can’t quote a lot or batch if I report it to PPU

So a while back I was struggling with reloads for my 7mm-08. I bought some PPU factory ammo 140 SP to see if it was me or my reloads etc. Tried the PPU ammo and it was sh**e. Put it in the safe and forgot about it.

Reloads now sorted and I thought I would fire off the rounds to make use of the brass. De-primed and about to clean the primer pockets and came across these two pictured below. 
 

Any thoughts to the cause? Anyone come across this before? I didn’t notice any issues when shooting the ammo other than wildly in accurate.
