I was fortunate to attend a day's shooting with Richard Utting last year and he talked about the above using Strelok pro data to produce figures for my rifle to consider heavier bullet options

For the life of me I can't remember what figure i should be using.

I recall above 1.5 been a minimum but thought there was a higher number to stay under also

Use a all boxer primed

From mil 5.56 almost crimp primers but I've found them very lightly crimped and easy to remove vs GGG

all.collected over a few years by one fellow from civvi shooting, so may be different years production as haven't checked,  used loads over the years but 5000 case is too many for me

Great quality once fired 5.56 brass by RUAG
