Sold this long range varmint rig ................. Its a 6.5-284 and it impressed me with its long range capability ( good deer caliber too )!!!! , so much so i going to get a new rifle in the same caliber next year!!! ;) All the best..................... Dave Kiff bolt with a Tubbs spring and pin , Jewell trigger. leupold 6.5-20x50 LR scope sitting in Leupold mounts bonded to the action. v-max Posted September 17, 2008 Report Share Posted September 17, 2008 Hello all some very nice rifles & mine are very basic but once on feet i plan to re-barrel/scope etc & would like to obtain a 6.5x284 a few years down the line. This is my 22.250 remmy 700 with H-S stock that i look to re-barrel/jewell trigger but it shoots 5p groups now.
