Tikka T3 pic rail screws. Help

Hi all looking for some help, I have a friend who needs some new screws for his T3 as his pic rail was loose and some plonker had used lock tight on the old ones and had snapped them off. Then just put some lock tight on the heads and popped them back in the hole. So we need 4 new screws for his rail after we managed to get them off. Does anyone know where I can buy these from and what pitch dimensions they are? Any help would be much appreciated

Alternatively get a selection of screws from an engineers suppliers such as FWB , I`m pretty sure the thread will be metric.

I've 8 here,

 

4 with torque head non counter sunk type, oal is 0.382" thread length is 0.270". Think these fitted a egw heavy duty rail.

 

4 with slotted head counter sunk type, oal is 0.240". Think these fitted a standard factory rail.
