Anybody know who would supply a 20 plus moa scope rail, for my Winchester M70 Sharpshooter , I have recently bought a S&B 4-16x50 pm11 and have a Ken Farrell 20moa base but am not getting the full elevation ,I think a 28moa base would enable me to get the full 13 mil elevation .
