I haved used both, as a reloader the 22-250 uses more powder hence more expensive, 204 has much better barrel life, virtually no recoil meaning u can spot ur strikes even at short range. Its only disadvantage is the availability of factory ammo which i rarely use anyway. If i didnt reload however, i may well have gone for a 22-250 or 223.
