Oh why do they keep comming............................

 

 

Friday night,

 

Starter ------ Hand dived scallops............(ahem..ok they are out of season but dont ask any questions).... Hand Dived Brown Crab, King Prawn

 

Main ---------- Slow Cooked individual Vension and Smoked Vension Pies with seasonal veg and bacon and Savoy Cabage. A nice gravy of apple juice, Port and Sloe Jelly reduction.

 

Puds ------------ A nice seasonal berry cheese cake...............

hand dived scallops....have to look out my old offshore laundry bags and get over the west coast wi my diving kit.....been donkeys since i filled a bag of them :blush:

Your not wrong Sauer..........................they were lovely........................

 

The pies were lovely...................nice idea for your fore legs people, just stick em in the slow cooker for 12 hours and then shread the meat off....Make a nice gravy with the juices and stick a puff pastry lid on top...........
