This is the Delta Optical Titanium HD 4-24x50 rifle scope.

Illuminated 4A-SB MOA reticle with replaceable MOA turrets or Capped turrets to your preference(It includes both turrets).

In mint full working condition, Comes in its original box

Richard utting did a  very positive review on them which can be found on YouTube
