Hi guys,

 

I managed to get out with my new toy the other day and managed to use my Shooter software on my android phone, and it works!!! I was seriously impressed. The week before i figured out a decent load for it i was shooting 5shot groups at 100yrds under a 5pence piece.

Reloading data is 36gr R15, with Sierra 55gr HPBT Gameking bullets.

 

I used it out on a glorious day! and had a great time, hopefully going to get out in the morning after some vermin!

I used to be in the dismiss as crap lot, recently I have shot two with sorted triggers and have been pleasantly surprised.

 

Sort the factory trigger out and they are sweet rifles.

I have one with a Mckillop tube hanging of it in 20 practical, think the action cost me £100 from memory. .164 of inch at hundred yards, 5 shot group, what more do you want, CZ do make a good rifle. The actions are straight and that is a pretty good start.

I'd like to know how you find the 20prac and what sort of figures your getting with loads.

 

It looks like the best 20cal going easy to form brass and faster fps than other 20cals but everyone prefers the 20tac

 

Been wanting one for a while and now I have a perfect donor action when time comes to it

I have a CZ Brno in 22 rf and like it. Does what it has to. Used to have a cz in .222 and that was ok, would have been ideal for a .20 cal re-barrel that I fancy, why did I sell it????

As snowz said can you give us more feedback on the .20 practical as i am stuck between these and can't decide. Tactical has factory brass and seems the more popular but .20 practical seems the logical choice to me.

 

You might want to start a new thread although CZ actions would be nice for one of these builds.
