The Seekins havak has also caught my attention, I would rather an AI but the modularity of the seekins is very appealing.

I have slot for 6.5 PRC and I’m edging towards an ATX 

would this calibre work in a short action would I need a specific magazine I know the PRC is pushing the boundaries for a short action but I would also like to option in the future to have a 6mm barrel

do these have tighter chambers than standard , are they stainless? 

Pick this one up a couple of months ago, it took a bit of sorting to get it shooting reliably as the previous owner had put an aftermarket trigger in it and I was getting light strikes and the occasional jam.

I sorted the jamming out easily by doing the recommended ejector tweak.
The light strikes took a bit of sorting as at first I changed the fireing  pin for Volquartsen one this was slightly better but the rifle was ammo fussy, so looked again and found that magload do an over sized pin specifically for this issue and I’m pleased to say it now runs perfect even with sub ammo.

what’s annoying is the Volquartsen one was twice the price of the magload and had to be shipped from the states by brownell’s.

so if anyone wants one for their 15-22 I now have one for sale.

Are there any British barrel makers making Lee Enfield barrels in 303 I’ve seen a few for sale with Lothar Walther barrels and wondered if someone like phoenix make them?

I use N160 with 69TMK’s in my 1 in 8 twist 22” barrel with 36.6 grns there doing 3200 not the fastest but they stabilise well, the only other powder I’ve used was n140 which I gave up on as couldn’t get it to work.

I’ve haven’t tried RS52 I might have to give that ago next.

March 2.5-25x42mm scope 30mm tube and MTR-2 Ret 2ffp
Glass and scope body in Superb condition only one very small mark at the bottom of the tube which is not visible when mounted.
The scope has illuminated ret parallax adjustable down to 10yards it comes with the additional March flip up lens covers and tier one 0moa short saddle mount also in superb condition.
The scope has seen very little use and has amazing glass.
Scope + mounts £1350 tracked and insured postage.
