One bag of 100 left 

Hello i have 3x bags of 100 .17 Remington fireball brass . 
They are unused nosler brass . Currently they are £75+ a 100 !!

i Would like £50 a bag plus post

I've had a .17 rem fireball . Ive got a .223 that i love . Id just like to try the .221 fireball really . To me its like the natural progression on from hornet which i also love . 
 

i feel like i could have a short heavy barrel rifle in a nice chassis for out the truck (more and more common for me as i get older )   I like the idea of it very much . Although if its unbearably expensive  i would happily go with .17 rem fireball again or either of the hornets  . I dont have an open ticket yet so still bound by the police land checks . And some land including my own little farm they have been very specific about.

Hello , I have not shot a 17 HMR in a few years . But the stories of rubbish ammo still prevail... 

I recently enquired in a gun shop and they said ammo is the big downfall with HMR , disappointed , they said had I considered the .22 magnum, and I hold my hands up I genuinely hadn’t even looked at it before. They told me that a goon number of there customers had switched to it and swear by it .. 

so I thought I would ask you guys for real world experience.  
how do you find the .22 magnum? 
ammo issues? Better or worse than HMR ?

I’m in the same position, have the slot on my ticket , bought one of the two Remington 700 on offer but  I took it back . 
I still never did find all the stuff I need to convert 221 to 17 fb , just got a normal set of 17fb dies. 
I sold my 17 hornet to fund this mission . And 5 months in I’m left empty handed , so far £65 for the dies + fuel and time all waisted. 
I asked a rifle builder if they would make me one from tikka or sako action and they said I will charge you even if it doesn’t feed , so I left it there .. 
 

I could cope with single shot but I would want left hand loading right hand bolt , your back to mad money on a novelty cartridge .. 

I dunno what to do now.

Do you still have this rifle ?
