CJA88 Offensive weapons order 2002? Is that the same one that banned those belt buckle push dagger type knives and this be considered similar?

Various sharps depending on what I'm up to but a comprehensive FAK inc. CAT touriquets and isreali dressings + burn gel in the motor at all times + a pack of mineral water bottles.
Just a note for reference the use of tourniquets and quickclot is now recognised again in the first aid world, quickclot being much safer to use than it used to be.
Not wanting to teach anyone to suck eggs but .....

Thanks for the clarifications Maximus.
I think we can all lament the fact that societal acceptance of being prepared for even minor eventualities borders on there being a danger of being fined for bleeding on an assailant.
Gone are the days of kids with pocket knives even some scout troops don't use/teach sheath knives these days (we never felt the need to stick em in each other.....damn demographics) and gents with sword sticks. Why? That's a whole other thread.
