  1. Put "Your Honour" on the end of that and say it out loud (to see how that would sound in court :) )

No different than keeping a legal knife in a mobile phone pouch on your belt , that particular multitool does not seem to have been released onto the market yet , time will tell if it comes to the UK.

  2.

Regrettably, as with so many other interesting and useful bits of kit, this is illegal in the UK under the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (Offensive Weapons) Order 2002:

The Schedule to the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (Offensive Weapons) Order 1988(1), which specifies offensive weapons for the purposes of section 141 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988, shall be amended by the insertion into paragraph 1 of that Schedule after sub-paragraph (n) the words—

“(o) a disguised knife, that is any knife which has a concealed blade or concealed sharp point and is designed to appear to be an everyday object of a kind commonly carried on the person or in a handbag, briefcase, or other hand luggage (such as a comb, brush, writing instrument, cigarette lighter, key, lipstick or telephone).”.

Welcome to the UK , where everything not compulsory is forbidden.

But its not disguised is it? its a multitool merely stored within a belt buckle?

  3. I've got rats in my shed where I keep most of my food. So far they haven't found their way in to any of my boxes, but have made a howling mess of the place spilling grass seed everywhere and crapping all over everything! Infuriatingly they aren't taking any of the poison that I have laid (off the shelf stuff from B+Q - probably rubbish). Does anyone have any first hand experience of getting rid of the blighters?

    .308 , its the only way :)

Seriously keep baiting them or get in there with a JRT , block off any holes that you can , also lock your cat in there if possible.
