Secondhand R93 barrel here, picked up a few days ago. 300win mag

Firing factory ammo (145grain PPU) I'm getting marks on the shoulder of the brass in a few places. Is this going to be a long term problem? I've left wipe out in over night and given the chamber a scrub with a .410 mop but it's not improved. I've been offered a refund but finding these barrels isn't too easy for an older rifle so would like to sort the problem if possible.

FYI these marks are not on the unfired cases.

Any chance of a few more photos as it's not clear what's going on here.

How do I 100% make sure my scope it level above the bore of my rifle? If I tighten the scope in my rings with slight cant then when I dial I'll be adding windage 1 way or the other I assume?

First off I know I can hang a plum line at distance and then torque the scope tight once parralel to the down range plum, but how do I also make sure the rifle is level at the same time?

Here for sale is my Photon RT scope. It's in great condition and works beautifully, reason for sale is I want to upgrade so need the pennies.

This comes with the a vortex cantilever 3inch mount so this is easy to mount on any picatinny rail, was mounted on my Blaser .243.

The batteries were bought specifically for this so have not had a great deal of use, but they are fantastic, USB recharging and a great run time, they don't suffer in the cold like normal batteries. I use the same batteries in my thermal spotter and are the best you can get.

I'm after a quick sale so am offering this for £450 posted. Comes boxed, bagged, with spare battery cradle (never used) and the other bits you see in the photos.

Am selling a surplus to requirements Leupold VX-l 4.5-14x56 scope. This is parallax adjustable and has capped turrets. It's second focal plane and comes with the varmint reticle. Comes boxed with the neoprene scope cover. Has a 30mm tube with no marks as shown in photos. Apologies for the photo of the ret, I struggled to get it in focus.

It's in near mint condition other than one minor scratch to the eye piece lens, doesn't affect use of scope and I'm unable to get it to show up in a photo but wanted to say for completeness sakes.
