Price would be nice to know, adds a different aspect to my shooting on hill, as 90% time I have my tripod with me.

Ok then i wasn't referring to the army versions I use the high moor boot. Absolutely superb boot. Can't fault them in anyway. Each to their own at the end of the dy.

I highly recommend the Altberg boots my friend, vibram soles, full leather, fit to your size...made in house in Yorkshire if special fit, I have heard they are now producing out of UK due to the demand but not entirely sure on this, as far as I was told, this is for ready sized boots.

VERY pleased with mine.

I agree but I'm wouldn't dismiss R15 not sure how it would work in your .308 I use R15(.22-250) and R17 (.30-06).

I'm jealous!!! Please can I have a go soon! LOL looked awesome guys. Glad you enjoyed it. Hope you'll do it again every year! Then maybe in ten years when most you guys are old and frail, I can outshoot you all! Hahaha...
