Sold my no1 action a while ago, that had a  Kepplinger on it, wish I still had  it for my latest project 300norma/7mm.

Built a  No1  in 7mm practical with a 30" barrel, performance  was impressive, but I think the  300/7mm will be  better.

Anyone got  a mag conversion for  a 700 L/A.

Just gone  and  bought a Remmy 700(new) not sure what model as its a blacked varmint fluted with a Mcmillan, I presume it will be the  statutory 1-14 twist, has anyone  used copper in this  calibre and what were the results..
