Thinking of getting one of these for fox shooting but dont know if i should go for 204 or 223 does anyone use one of these

hi just put my tikke t3x varmint 22 250 in a new krg bravo stock it is very good but could only get 223 or 308 mag for it so was told the 308 would be fine but the bullets are really hard to put in mag and dont load in gun that well any ideas about a better mag for 22 250 rounds would be much apprieciated
