Guest Hoot
B-b It is always a dangerous thing to do this reading between the lines especially when it concerns contractual business letters. Why do you think business lawyers charge higher rates than criminal lawyers.? Judges are not prone to making 50-50 settlement rulings. Not in my experience anyway. Both sides will attempt a degree of bluff over this matter. Its their cheapest possible solution if it works for them. The CLA know that the traders are a divided bunch, How many were booked for this year 900-1000. Trying to get a consensus of agreement regarding how to tackle the situation out of that number will be nie impossible. All of which will work in then CLA favour. Divide and conqueror.
