NRLHunterUK
We are proud to announce that NRL Hunter is coming to the UK! The United Kingdom has a long tradition of hunting sports. From deer stalkers to pest controllers, game keepers and everyone in-between, all hunters share a desire to be the most successful and proficient marksman and ethical hunter they can be. With the introduction of NRL Hunter UK, you now have the opportunity to test and develop the skills necessary for ethical hunting at a steel target shooting competition like no other. It is our mission to bring you every ethical edge. Challenge yourself to be the best hunter you can be! NRL Hunter UK will provide eight matches in 2025, complimented by training days. Very soon we will launch a dedicated website for the UK. Follow @nrlhunter_uk to keep up to date with information about our website, match calendar and how to join our international community as an NRL Hunter Member! Our first match will be a rimfire match on 1/2 Feb 2025 just outside of Hull, followed by our first centrefire match at Gardners Guns in Scotland on 1st March. I’m sure people have questions so please fire away. Our aim is to make it as affordable and accessible as possible with confirmed venues all over the UK. The booking system should go live any day now at which point prices will be confirmed. Thanks,

Scotch_egg
A really exciting extension to the PRL world and with an ethos that I believe will attract more shooters due to the rules. Thanks for sharing on ukvarminting. I hope a few members attend.
Dellboy
If it can be kept affordable it could well be a winner . Time to get the crayons out for a UK chassis especially for this me thinks ....

Hi. You can shoot any rifle in Skills Division, so long as: - It’s a bolt action. - It doesn’t exceed muzzle velocity and calibre restrictions. Full rules will be released soon so please keep an eye on our website: www.nrlhunter.co.uk

Yes, we would like to see Hunter’s registering for our Teams Division. We only ask, respectfully, that Hunters wishing to register a team let us know by email with as much notice as possible. Standard stage time is 4 minutes, increasing to 6 minutes for Teams and we need to ensure we can accommodate the extra time taken at each match, especially during winter when day light hours are reduced. If you want to let us know you will be shooting as a pair in our Teams Division please email us at info@nrlhunter.co.uk
Brushy
@Guerrier Weg - yeah it’s me 😃. I certainly like the teams idea, particularly as I would need - like TJC - to use my existing kit in Skills division.

Scotch_egg
Unfortunately I can’t make the competition on the 1st March 2025 due to family commitments. I hope ukv members can attend and put in a good show. This is the type of competition we need to get behind.
