What's the Current Primer Situation Like?

To coin a phrase, “It’s grim up North”.

Rifle primers of any description are like hens teeth, last I saw were some CCI BR for almost £200 a thousand. I’ve shared almost all of my stash with pals and it’s not looking good for the future. 

A small consolation is that pistol primers are available though.

Large rifle and pistol were available but not many small rifle that I have seen

They do indeed have a decent selection of primers, form an orderly queue please.

Getting grim in North Staffs.  I normally use BR2/BR4 and these are hard to get and expensive as hell.  My local supplier is talking about a draught lasting years....   I do hope he's exaggerating.

It seems quite a few shops are limiting buyers to just 200 primers at a time.

Bradford & Stalker had Federal and CCI last time I was in. Not cheap though.

Forest lodge were limiting to 500 of each make last time I was there. So I got 500 federal lrp , 500 cci srp ,500 cci srp mag , 500 br2 . Stocked up for a while .
