Has anyone serviced their own Daystate Air Ranger??

I have an FAC Daystate Air Ranger in.25 Cal. When I fire it I feel a blast of air come towards my Face?? Also, the gun loses air from full to half within 2-3 days.

I'd like to know if anyone has serviced an Air Ranger themselves and get some constructive advice??

My last result is sending it to Daystate. But I've serviced a few PCP's and have never had a problem.... So would prefer to do it myself....

As it's FAC, it would also cost me a lot to send it and receive it via FRD.

Any constructive advice would be appreciated...

Cheers.

Chaz.

Personally I would do it yourself

the puff of air will be the breach seal ,I would check out the foster fitting where you fill it for leaks before going too deep .

I had an air ranger years ago and and made a power adjuster for it , Daystate said it couldn’t be done ,again from memory there was a sticker saying warranty void if removed and either a silver steel rod stopping me getting to take the bolt block off or odd fixing screws I really can’t remember I managed whatever without too much trouble though
