shooter83 Posted January 5, 2022 Report Share Posted January 5, 2022 Dear all. Having scratched me 7SAUM itch and very satisfied now after advice and actual help off of forum members here. What are your thoughts on barrell length for a 6.5creed? I want to build a light weight compact rifle so was thinking 20" max length 1 in 8 twist throated for SMKs 142grain. I would not mind going shorter. Hoping to shoot anywhere between 100 to 1000yards. It will be mag fed through a rem clone action.
