T3_tinker Posted July 4, 2021 Report Share Posted July 4, 2021 So I recently started putting my fired brass through a fl sizing die without the expander ball so to bump the shoulder and tighten the neck then put the case into an expander mandrel for the correct neck tension. After my last batch of 50 cases I had 3 that the mouth was flared right out at the end, one to the extent that it was almost rolled over. Any thoughts?
