Lukas_K
As the topic says, has anybody rebarreled a quadlock the barrel-nut way? My (theoretical) gripe is loosing the spigot interface. Longer threading would mean the barrel tenon passing free through that approx 5mm area before engaging with the nut threads. Shouldn´t be a safety issue as it´s basically the same result as with many loose fitting recoil lugs. But I believe that spigot is there for a reason - strength? Repeatability? Temperature change stability? If anybody has ventured that way before, I would be grateful for your experience - and results on targets.
