Recommended Posts

One of last weeks guns.

This is a 6XC built on a Bighorn origin action.

The barrel is a 1-7" cut Sassen, muzzle threaded M18x 1 and invisible capped.

It also has one of my new brakes.

Trigger is a Bix N Andy.

The stock is a very rare Sentinel, fitted with its own floor plate and AICS mag.

Its been fully bedded.

The one area which had to be be cut away and altered was the ejection port, dont think anyone would know though !

Paintwork is Cerakote Tungsten .

As always, all work is done in house by myself.

Very nice indeed Dave,

Everything you need and nothing to don't.

Tidy bedding job 😎

I know that 'plastic' stocks are not trendy vs chassis but the Sentinel still feels right, although in saying that Terry Cross is coming out with a chassis system in the near future which will be interesting to see?

Love the tungsten finish, im wondering why is there a shortage of the sentinel? If there's demand there - which im sure there is ?

Gunner,

It is not so much a ‘shortage’ more the fact that KMW akaTerry Cross, is a single person, so between building rifles for LEO & FED plus training of same and military he just does not have a lot of time to just put stocks together.

The basic stock ‘blanks’ are made by McM for him, but  finishing is carried out bu him. So if he gets dragged off to do instruction then it all goes on pause.

once you have used one for a while you’ll see why they are though in demand 😎

Terry
