gazzarM1
Have done and there is some info....what I am looking for is some numbers in relation to starting load for Tinstar and 308 180 grainers
sean c
Can't help with 180gn bullets but I'm using 175's so pretty close. I finalised my subsonic load last weekend with Tinstar. I started at 12gns and reduced from there. No special case prep and standard cci LR primers, I am using coated bullets though.

gdjrman
Cheers sorry for delay, 308 16'' barrel - powder N132 10.5grns 1025 fps works well, wish I had in theory I had gone for a 1-7 twist or 1-6 twist dedicated subsonic however we live and learn 😉
banus02
good afternoon ,why the faster twist rate? my rpr is a 1 in 10 twist and stablises the 175gr sierra tipped match kings with 9 grs of trail boss just fine.
Scotch_egg
The faster twist causes a better expansion of the bullet.
