Picatinny rail drilling

Anyone know where I can buy a flat bottomed drill bit to make a clearance hole for the head of a bolt holding a rail on?

If it makes any difference its a 4mm bolt thread with a 7mm head that I want a flat bottomed hole for.

do you mean counter bore a hole?  You can buy here:

Don't try this in a hand drill, it'll make a right mess.  Pillar drill with a proper drill vice clamped down

Pops....yes counter bore but must have a flat bottom. Thanks for the link....Will look it up.
