Zero Target Bisley.

Gents.

Can I check my 1000m scope setting  on a 6.5CM using the 7.62 Bisley Zero target?  Im not worried about exact settings just so dont bust the electronic target.

It's near enough with a 308, so it should be fine.

An interesting exercise . . .using a ballistic app (Shooter in my case)

For the NRA 7.62 Zero card and assuming its calibrated for the GGG ammunition (Sierra 155 bullet at 2805 fps muzzle) drop at 1000X is 36.5 MOA. 

Using the NRA supplied 6.5CM ammunition (S&B 140gn bullet {G1 0.491} at 2657fps muzzle velocity) drop at 100X is 38.0 MOA.

So the CM ammo is predicted to be 15" low if you use the 7.62 1000X Zero target for setting your scope. 

As Pete says, near enough.

We've found these 7.62 zero cards capable of getting everything from 308 down to 223 "on the paper".

There's a specific card for 223. No need to mess with the .308 card there. 

But as stated above for 6.5 it'll get you close enough.
