Attaching picatinny to mcmillan

Recommended Posts

Ant Supplies for short sections (for light applications such as this)

Measure hole spacing and drill - use a T shaped washer supplied bedded in devcon or similar to hold fixings in place once they are filled in a counter sunk hole in the barrel channel - deep enough to not interfere with existing channel

Make good with epoxy and talk mix

Or using a suiatble diameter mill tool, cut a slot for a short piece of alloy to be embedded vertically in the stock fix in place then carry out drilling through of fixture at appropraiet hole spacing and fit nut inboard of the alloy - gives a stronger fixture all round - I use this method for fitting picatinny on the base of stocks to support additional stresses of bipod etc
