Evening All

i have been asked to go lead free on a couple of areas I shoot foxes. I currently use a .222 Remington with bullets from 40-52grs or a .243 Winchester with 55-80grs.

Has anyone made a change or trialed lead free? I’m not adverse to a calibre change if required!

My main concern is how frangible the bullets are and how they will stabilise?

I tried some Lehigh controlled chaos 20grn in .17 expand ok not as rapid as a v max or Hp but do the job , I also got some 95grn for the 6.5x47 not tried them yet not had time.

If you want to try Lehigh get in touch with Mark @ CDSGltd , pm me for his number .
