Quickload purchase question

Hi All

I am considering buying my first copy of Quickload (3.9) can anyone tell me if this will include the latest data file? I notice that there is a new data update for March 2019 would I also need to also buy this to have all the latest information, I am particullarly interested in the data on the latest IMR Enduron and Reload Swiss powders.

I have the V 3.9, which i bought quite a few months ago and it has numerous types of IMR Enduron, and Reload Swiss.

I have the V8 version. If I want the V9 do I have to buy the full version or is there a cheaper update.
