BallisticsBoy
Hi Guys, Has anybody successfully managed to remove a factory installed flash hider from a Kriss Defiance DMK22C? They’re either on there really tight, or they’re permanently attached somehow. I’ve also noticed that the proof house has stamped the flash hider, which seems a bit weird? AJW7088
Hello, We sell them at the Tunnel Target Sports Centre and have removed quite a few to install moderators. They are indeed factory fitted very tightly. However none of them so far have been threadlocked, they just need to be held properly in a vice and the compensator unscrewed. We tend to use a rod through the vents (plastic covered steel). The compensators I have seen are also all proof marked, just as suppressors are, if they have been submitted. AJW7088
Sure! They have a crush style washer which is why they are so tight I think. Good luck!
