Paul Cat
I have a CZ 452 .22 on which the trigger is somewhat....agricultural (yes, I know it's a budget rifle but even so). Which trigger kit would you recommend? TIA
les
The Rimfire Magic kit is as good as any, and the service is excellent. https://www.rimfiremagic.co.uk/trigger_kits.html Polishing the trigger/sear mating faces pays dividends, too. OSOK
Not sure if the trigger unit is the same as my 455 but I had the Magic kit option put on first and thought it was okay but not what I wanted or expected . I've just had the CZ flyweight trigger and wow worlds apart but then it was a lot more money . Great trigger if you can justify the extra . Paul Cat
OSOK. I’m not sure either, I suppose I could strip both down and take a look (unless anyone can volunteer the answer?). One or two ads describe it as being “... suitable for 455s from serial #A956497...” so probably not. As I said in my OP the triggers on my 452 and 455 are worlds apart which suggests they might be rather different. les. The Rimfire Magic kit has been recommended to me a few times. I’ve looked at the website which says the kit is available “...from our website...” but they don’t seem to have an online shop. An old fashioned phone call should do the trick. I’ll also take your advice and break out the polishing kit. Thanks to both of you.
