ds1
A topic for anyone to share small shooting tips that you have picked up over the years that maybe someone else may find useful and don't really justify a full topic by themselves For starters: # 1 Flush cups, the 2p solution to stop them undoing and seeing how well your rifle can bounce. Rubber O ring over the button, put on in seconds (stops the button depressing and unlocking the flush cup). When you need to remove them, takes about 30 seconds to cut them out with a craft knife http://s111.photobucket.com/user/davids-s1/media/Mobile%20Uploads/DSC_0471_zpsdcldhoqu.jpg.html] #2 UV or skylight filter between sunshade and objective - no more scratched objective lens. Same rationale as using one on a DSLR camera (cost between 8 quid to 80 quid). If you are using a muzzle brake - why wouldn't you #3 Laser range finder not working - make sure your not wearing sunglasses. Found this out with my Vectronix - display and reading fine without sunglasses. Saw no readings with sunglasses on. So whats your shooting tips? DW58
Add fabric keyring to normal breech-flag, makes it more visible and more easily removed.
