These our my first attempts, lots of work but the end product looks great. Shields are 100% oak from - JHT Supplies http://www.jhtsupplies.co.uk/browse/oak/c00000175 This company are well worth a look, great service and prompt delivery. Skull cavities are filled with car body filler with a block of wood set in place. Once sanded down, provides an excellent place to screw into from behind the shield. Aaron.
