  1. Any advice on sourcing linotype? My cast bullets are coming out around 4 BHN, so I need to harden it up a bit. Thanks.
  2. Brilliant! Thanks for the update. Any thoughts on durability? I've heard they perform well, but perhaps don't last (baffles blowing out). Appreciate your opinion before I drop serious cash!
  3. Got your AX yet? How's the Oceania mod working out? I'm thinking about getting one but there aren't many reviews. Thanks!
  4. I have a K525i DLR. Excellent optics and great ergonomics. I don't have any first hand experience of the K624i, but I'd consider the K525i a reasonable upgrade; much wider field of view, closer parallax adjustment, more elevation adjustment, shorter length. And the DLR comes with a parallax spinner and zoom throw lever.

  6. Very nice. Have you had chance to try it out? If so, what do you think about the performance?
  7. Hi folks. I'm looking for some informed opinions about which scope for an AX in 338LM. Here's my shortlist: S&B 5-25x56 PMII - The 'standard' which is more affordable. Is much more that 25x useful? S&B 6-36x56 PMII - New model that's nice middle-ground magnification? S&B 5-45x56 PMII High Power - Extra power useful for spotting, but otherwise not practical at the higher mag? Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
  8. I'm mostly looking for good attenuation, durability and low weight, roughly in that order. I was considering the Oceania Defence as it seems to be the 'best' on paper. I am not in any great rush, probably within the coming few months.
  9. Hi folks. I'm looking for a moderator that fits the Accuracy International tactical muzzle brake. Choices seem to be very limited. From a five year old thread on here, I have only found the following so far: Accuracy International moderator - Made from aluminium, there are reports it's not durable enough. One Less Charlie - Steel, but seems to no longer be available. Lawrence Precision - Titanium machined. Oceania Defence - Titanium 3D printed, light, high cost, high performance(?) Anyone have any further advice for a mod for this brake? Thanks.
