Hi all, i think i need to invest in some new binoculars as my very old 8x21(?) Tasco's have definitely seen better days. I'm looking for 10/12 x 40/50 ish, up to about £200/£250. Any recommendations?

Well i got my Section 1&2 certs Monday morning with all that the FEO recommended on the sec 1. .22LR with Mod, 17HMR with mod, 500 rounds of ammo on each and the cert is " open". Ive had my eye on a couple of things over the last few weeks so went out Monday and got a Hatsan Escort, 28 inch barrels in black synthetic stock and just come home with a Marlin 17 HMR that looks proper horny ( hopefully it shoots as well as it looks). I was out with the Escort yesterday and ill get out with the Marlin the weekend hopefully.

No i dont think i know them. Not sure who was head when i left in 1984.

Hi mate, im in Dagenham Essex ( where the sun always shines, lol ). At the moment i'm restricted to using my own sub 12ftlb air rifles and a friends Hatsan Escort to get out on the pigeons until my sec 1 & 2 arrives.

Watcha, bit of a lurker now signed up. Been shooting airguns for years, shotguns & .22 LR up until about 10 years ago. Re applied for section 1 & 2 last june and finally had my home visit last week so hopefully wont be too long before im out. Please be prepared for lots of annoying questions. Thanks
