not had hands on the 1301 comp pro, but know others that have had issues with the 1301. I went for the Steoger MK3, Benelli in disguise for half the price, so when I opened the loading port up and polished the bits up I didn't have too much of a grimace on my face. Shoots everything now a switched the extractor and extractor spring for a benelli one, can't go wrong for a £500 quid gun.

Hi Johnnyb0_1 thanks for the advice, I thought I had filled in the introduction, for some reason or another this didn’t post, a lesson learnt, and apologies have been sent. I’m a trust worthy person with a career in the emergency services with a strong local commitment to the community. I was surprised by the “no questions asked ban” we are not all bad guys. Hi all, Ive always shot on target ranges with determined distances to the targets. As I'm stepping into some vermin shooting what's your advise on rangefinders? worth it not worth it? nice to have? expense 1500m + or cheaper low range version? I've got permissions for Covid and fox on some land so the distances are not far and I would presume most shots would be 150m ish, but I don't like spending money unless its some thing that will cover me for all my requirements now and in the future. Your experience and advice will be greatly received. Cheers

Hi, Just got one on my ticket for vermin but struggling to find a Left hander ( I know freak), 6-9months wait on a tikka. CZ have stoped making the 527 in LH .204 all others don't want to play either. so looking like a donor action and re-barrel , struggling to find half decent load data for reloading! don't seem to find a powder in QL to get it above 3700+fps for the 32gns?

Hi .44 was the first reloading I did, I use Hodgens Clays 6gn with a .240 round nose flat point in my .44 lever action. perfect for 25 - 100 yards.
