No problem Paul, I'm just old school and plastic mags go against the grain a bit. I have in fact just bought another polymer one because I wont pay 38 quid for a metal one! 😀

Does anyone actually sell steel versions of this mag? I can only find polymer ones. Any links to buy would be appreciated.

I remember shutting the McDonalds drive thru down in Guiseley every night with a 25W burner in the early 90's 🤣 They must have known it was me as a lot of the time there was only me in the car park talking to people in Sheffield. 🤣 I'm seriously tempted to get another set up for "emergency" use but I want a covert ariel. With todays technology is there any such thing as a short ariel?, like a standard car ariel size?
