Hi I also have a 007 which i use on my Sako 85 in 223 for a bit of charlie watching, i found the same on full mag (3.5) on the unit so keep it at 2X the parallax has to be kept at no more than 40yds (Pard recomends) it was still a touch grainy and am now using a sniper hog 66 IR unit with it, this is so much better and of course not using the 007 IR the battery lasts much much longer .
