I purchased on a whim an old Steyr 300M CiSM rifle a little over a year ago and due to COVID restrictions etc have not had a chance to use it. I want to mount a 30mm scope on it as I have a spare one, more suited to my stile of shooting. it appears that the mounting system on this is a factory one, rings look a bit like Leupold. I would much prefer to mount a picatinny base on it but I can’t find much info on this rifle. it was printing adult 1 MOA with military ball which I found very impressive. kindest regards, Ariel
