  1. Pretty sure it's 4 MOA, there's a 4 on the bottom, if anything it appears smaller than the 3MOA red dot of the Vortex
  2. Shield SMS on base for rail, very lightweight, suitable for pistols - £175 Vortex Venom 3MOA on Allied Defence quick release mount - £265 for both Can be seen at Bisley some weekends by arrangement or near Reading
  3. Grand Power K22 XTrim from CCA, has bigger safety, enlarged magazine release, slide with lots of holes and a competition trigger with a lower pull force. Also has a fibre optic red foresight, and the rear was an adjustable Eliason, I removed that and put a Shield 4MOA red dot on a mount designed to replace the Eliason. There are four 10 round magazines and a rather tatty plastic carrying case. My records show just under 1,000 rounds since I bought it in 2014 Can be seen, some Sundays, at Bisley, although not shot by potential buyers because of the firearm law about long barrelled pistols. Some scratches and marks, in good working order but not pristine. £750 Buyer should either have a permission for a 22LR long barrelled pistol or be prepared to purchase and give to RFD while waiting for variation.
  4. Vortex Venom 3 MOA red dot with top load battery compartment Works as it should, now surplus to my requirements, available for collection at Bisley on some Sundays, or by Royal Mail Special Delivery at cost. £145, about £100 off new and it's not seen much use.

  6. Work, well more accurately, the wife's work, is moving to Stirling, so I'm heading back to the land of the haggis supper (as clear an indicator of the priorities in my life as you could wish for), I'm a member of two Bisley clubs, but it's a long way to shoot often enough to warrant an FAC from the polis. Had an FAC for some time, so looking for Scottish clubs that offer both gallery rifle, and longer distances at Blairadam, or other range not to far from Stirling. Not found much information on line, other than Clyde pistol seem to be closed to new membership. Anyone know of any clubs that are taking new members and offer fairly informal F-TR and gallery rifle shoots within an hour of Stirling?
