  1. New OLC mod as an integral part of a competition set up, performing well for its new owner. If only the wind was as reliable Honoured to be in great company, Accuracy International firearm with Schmidt and Bender optics.
  2. Depending on how much I turn off the outside diameter but approx 320g. regards Colin
  3. A new range to add to the stainless series, we have the AS series of lightweight, strippable mods. Various finishes available including Cerakote, all the usual mounting threads catered for.
  4. Hi After looking into this, our standard 17cal mod will cope with the fireball.
  5. Hi The fireball is an odd one, bangs out at around the 4000fps mark but will less powder then the 17 rem. I will have a look at the gas capacity and get back to you if thats ok.
  6. Hi Have had it back for about a fortnight now, fitted to my 223 and well and truly christened, Julian did exactly what he said, when he said and the unit is performing really well.
  7. Another little custom job, this one 223 calibre, 38mm dia x 160mm long, M14 x 1 thread with rear end cap tapered to match the muzzle shoulder diameter.
  8. Having used a digital night vision scope for a while now I thought it was an ideal opportunity to compare it with a tubed unit. I purchased a starlight archer with a trashed tube and has it re-tubed and serviced by Starlight. The new set-up was assembled last night and comprised of the said Archer, a Riton Conquer 3-18x50 side focus scope, a decent IR source and a set of 34mm medium rings. I will fit it all to my Tikka T3 Supervarmint this weekend along with an adjustable recoil pad to cope with the extra length and see how it compares, the image quality when hand held is superb.
  9. Im making a few today, so will knock you one up. PM me a postal address
  10. Thank you, im sure there will be some new reviews shortly. regards Colin
  11. Hi The residue has difficulty in sticking to the stainless steel internals and as such it tends to self clean, but I get what you are saying. Colin
  12. Something a little smaller but just as much work in it, all stainless, fully welded for .17. cf
  13. Just finished and off to its new owner, an all stainless steel S Series moderator with spigot location and M18 x 1.5 fitment, this one for .270 and .308 cal. Will be starting a batch to fit over the AI twin port tactical brake next week if anyone is in the mood Colin
  14. So here is the new Midi S Series moderator, hot off the press (well centre lathe). All stainless steel fully welded construction and coming in at 48mm diameter and 110mm long, it is somewhat shorter than the standard unit. All centrefire calibres catered for within reason. This particular one is for a 22BR with M18x1 mounting thread. I will start on the 44mm diameter variant later this week, for that lower, racing silhouette
  15. Hi, Sorry for the delay, I would need the stock to see where I can screw into but I dont see there being any issues.
  16. No messages from you on here, or emails or on my mobile mate, perhaps clairvoyancy isn't in the customer support package!! Good luck with your new purchase though.
  17. They won't change much from the original design, we will probably offer a compact version as well.
  18. After almost five years away from the market place, we will shortly be in a position to once again, offer bespoke moderators to the shooting public. We will no longer be offering a standard range of lightweight strippable aluminium models as there are already plenty to choose from, we will however, be offering our range of proven stainless steel units in calibres ranging from .17" to .406", with all standard mounting threads catered for. We will also be offering the combined brake /moderator unit complete with M18 X 1.5 mounting thread if the requirement is there. All the best Colin
  19. Watch this space guys, further to recently being involved in mods for both .375 and .408 cheytac weapons I feel the need to return to the fray. regards Colin HVPE8760.MP4
  20. Hi Guys... would anyone here have a safety catch spring for a tikka t3, mine pinged off and is nowhere to be found. regards Colin
