bluebell
Hi Andy Really depends what you are looking for out of it? I belong to a similar club a bit further south and it offers great value for money shooting without the bother of having to find your own farms/ keep in touch with farmers etc. However it appears to be significantly cheaper than the above and as with all clubs it has rules, which may not suit everyone. Also our club currently has a wait of about 2 years to join as we are full and you will need to pass an interview to be granted membership. baldie
i joined a similar scheme many years ago, run by some scoundrel in wakefield. When you turned up at farms, the farmer said he hadn,t heard from the guy in years, or i was thrown off the land. The ###### wouldn,t give you the farmers number so you could square it. i forget his name...he was a con man. This was something like national pigeon and pest control. the guy was in Lupset, Wakefield, if anyone remembers his name.
