Rem 700 .223 1:7 twist

I bought this from a forum regular (topscots1) to get my son to start shooting but he’s not really into it and also can use my other rifles so its not getting used. Heres the spec

rem 700 short action with sleeved bolt, locks up real tight.

custom bolt knob

trueflight 1:7 twist barrel with 700 previous rounds and 420 by me, fitted by callum ferguson and shortened in my ownership by neil mckillop to 16.5”, threaded m18x1mm and reproofed in 2019.

tier one rail

timney trigger

hs precision stock, alu bedding block and bedded recoil lug and 1.5” of barrel

standard remmy floorplate

green stock, black barrel

shoots 69gn tmk’s to sub 0.5” 5 shot groups consistently to same poi. A vey accurate little gun. Would drop nicely into most chassis.
