cheshirelad
Do people dry their stainless media once they've tumbled their cases. Seems odd to put it away in a bag still wet.
jcampbellsmith
No, I leave the steel media in the tumbler drum covered in water. Regards JCS
gruntus
Me too, it's stainless and serves no purpose to dry it. I just wash out the drum with the media in it, tip out as much water without losing any pins then leave it inside the drum (off the tumbler upright) ready for the next batch. Lukas_K
I actually have the habit of refilling the bucket (LEM machine) with the water and a spoonful of dishwasher after every cycle. That way, next time I´m back from the range I just deprime the cases and throw them right in again.
DeLaRue
+1 on reply from Gruntus. As for the cases I rinse well in a rotary case tumbler, towel dry them & put them on a vented pizza tray in the oven at 60-70 degrees for 15-20 minutes then leave them overnight in the airing cupboard, job done! Xtrema
I believe he is referring to the media, not the empty cases.

I understood that Xtrema, as I said ....+1 to Gruntus's reply & then....."as for the cases" etc. Just adding to the original question that's all....👍
