desparado
Hi "204", There is a product that may fit your needs, it is available via Brownells - a 3" wide plastic block that attaches via a swivel stud. Harris supply swivel studs to fit the Anschutz rail. It is rather dear for all that is though; >£50! If you were at all handy you might make one. Cheers. https://www.brownells.co.uk/Shooting-Accessories/Shooting-Rests/Shooting-Rest-Accessories
Ronin
You could make a 3" wide forened adaptor from Delrin, Alloy or Hardwood to fit on the outside of the stock held in place with some kind of fixing. If your stock has a flat base forend it would be relatively simple to do.
Brillo
Contact HPS-TR at Newent, Gloucestershire ( they are currently at Bisley for the Imperial Meeting). They make a Delrin block to fit an Anschutz rail. Also look on the Shooting Shed website. Dave B makes a beautiful stainless steel one. I have one. If I can quickly locate it I’ll post a photo for you.
