Advice wanted

First post here being new to the rifle job I’m after a bit of advice I’ve purchased my first rifle a tikka 243 stainless synthetic for fox and deer and also just on with buying a 308 tikka also but I’m looking a buying a 22 rimfire for vermin looking at recommendations for what to go for please or do any of you folk have something lying about that would do my job ideally wanting something cheap as it will only be used for the odd bunny crow ect

I'll echo the CZ recommendations. You can a used one for circa £200 and if you miss, throw the gun at the rabbit then pick it up and carry on. I imagine mine has lived in at least five farm kitchens over its lifetime and is still going strong.

I'll sell it at some point but only to buy a newer one.

Not seen much outshoot the cz for the money ,my priority would be 

good glass , can’t see it can’t hit it

good ammo that your gun likes  

practice practice practice 

then the gun

I concur. I used to put .22 CCI 'Quiet" through mine (@740 fps) and with a SAK moddy it was deathly silent, but accurate. I could put 10 shots through a 10p piece circle at 45 yds. 

Then I sold it...Doh!
