Scotch_egg
Following on from the topic I posted a couple of weeks ago I have picked up a 50 case. Its made in the U.K. local to me in Derbyshire and available at Livens in Burton as the chap who makes them is often out of the country. I picked up some Sellior and Bellot 140gr 6.5 Creedmoor to try. At £20 for 20 rounds it’s pretty cheap and will hopefully be handy to have to fall back on if it shoots. I will report back later in the week after I get to the range. I will put it over the chrono as well.

Akeld
How much was the case please?
Scotch_egg
It was £60. Not cheap I admit. But when loaded in my eberlestock it is far nicer to carry than a hard box that bounces the rounds about.
gunner
And the planet doesn't need any more plastic rubbish right ? I may actually never buy a plastic ammo box again . Not sure even if there's a metal alternative ??

Has to be 2hrs work in them at least. There is a place for the plastic ammo boxes but these are the way to go most of the time.
terryh
SE, If they offset the elastic loops this would be a better design. Bullet tips would naturally interleave, not have to skew and fold flatter etc. But pretty neat. I've used the TAB binders for a while and like them , they hold 40 rounds in the 308/6.5 Creedmore size
