jcampbellsmith
Yes, 'Not secure' displayed in the Chrome browser for a long time now. Regards JCS
nicklock
Depends on what browser you're using and what "the sky is falling" attitude towards SSL the authors of that browser want to enforce... dave: No, this place doesn't use SSL. That makes zero difference to anyone using the site - it's not a banking site, there's no valuable data in play here and having no encryption between "you" and the web server is entirely appropriate. Also, pictures need storage space on top of the web space and database requirements, and this isn't free to the people who host the site. You could always ask for a discount on your membership fee if you feel that you're getting short-changed?

Re-Pete
I'm informed that "connection is not secure".....................never has been for this site. For adding pics, I simply adjust the size so's not to exceed the 2.93mb max as shown at the bottom left of the reply screen, copy them to the desktop, hit the choose files button, go to desktop, left click the pic, hit "open" and the pic will open and upload under your post. Then when you hit "submit", it all happens...........simples. (I just happened to have this one on the desktop, so used it as an example).
